THE BIRKMAN METHOD®
We use the Birkman Profiles to help executives master the people skills they need to work with others effectively. The Birkman Method models a non-judgmental approach to minimizing miscommunication and conflict.
The underlying conceptual premise of the Birkman Method is that there are individual differences unique to each of us. Those individual differences result in differing perceptions of organizational goals and of the preferred path for reaching those goals. Differing perceptions result in simple misunderstandings and simple miscommunications which can have complex and powerful consequences in the typical workplace.
The Birkman Questionnaire is a relational and motivational assessment tool not a psychological evaluation. You will receive objective feedback about the positive aspects of your management style and the unique strengths you typically use to achieve your goals. The Birkman report will also give you feedback about the type of support you expect from your environment in order to minimize stress and what your stress reactions may look like if that support is not present.
