Researchers studying successful family businesses find that the survivors address a wide variety of family and business interactions. More importantly, success seems to be correlated with getting an early start on addressing those issues. In fact, 60% of succession failure is attributable to unresolved problems in relationships among family members. Another 25% is attributable to lack of adequate preparation of heirs.

This questionnaire was designed by DIALOGUE SOLUTIONS to help you identify which issues your family’s business has addressed and the other critical areas still to be covered.
