What We Do

Business challenges, changes in role and responsibility, financial predicaments, and unmet expectations can cause stress for executives and employees in any business. Those stresses are aggravated when the individuals share family histories, emotional expectations and inaccurate conclusions about each other. As a consequence, family members in businesses together tend to lose sight of their mutual goals and shared interests. When they do, conflicts between family members hinder and block effective decision-making in the business. In those circumstances, DIALOGUE SOLUTIONS will:
  Provide an objective facilitator to interview individual family members in order to clarify and appreciate respective assumptions and expectations.
  Facilitate family meetings within a safe environment for open and frank exploration of:
    underlying issues
    potential solutions and
    clarification of any barriers to group support of those solutions
  Help identify shared values and a shared vision.
  Identify issues that might otherwise undermine the family’s efforts to position their business for future success.
  Work closely with individual family members exploring assumptions and expectations that might create barriers to family harmony and business success.
  Collaborate as needed with non-family executives, lawyers, accountants, directors or other trusted advisors of the family
